Teemu Arina is a technology entrepreneur and consultant focused on work, learning and management in digital environments. He is the CEO of Dicole, a consultancy focused on social technologies in organizations and CEO of Meetin.gs, a cloud-based meeting organizer. Arina has explored the paradigms of digitalization through co-authoring books such as Megasignals and Cloud Company and speak-ing regularly at business and academic conferences internationally.

Fredrik Sundell is the CEO of Talentor Group. He has a vast experience in headhunting business and is responsible of internationalizing JobGo as a spinn-off from Talentor Group. Talentor has developed JobGo, a new tool which creates a career network by incorporating social media elements also to headhunting processes. JobGo matches open positions with those candidates that best fit the required expertise and working style.
