Scred Ltd Raises €250k Angel Round for Online Banking Service Holvi

Scred Ltd has raised €250k risk capital for Holvi, an online banking service for groups, in a round led by a group of angel investors with backgrounds in financial services and technology, the company reported last week. Seedcamp, a leading early-stage micro seed investment fund in Europe, and Tekes, the Finnish funding agency for technology and innovation, also participated in the round.

Holvi is a new online banking service for creative projects and group activities. It provides a centralized solution, which combines budgeting, online payments, expense claims, invoicing and basic bookkeeping features in one service. Holvi was also recently chosen as one of the 15 finalists for Arctic15, Finland’s largest startup launch event and pitching competition held on September 22 in Helsinki.
