Artic15, the annual conference for Nordic and Baltic growth entrepreneurs, will be held on the 17th and 18th of October, 2012. Hundreds of founders and investors will again gather in Helsinki for two days of startup action. The event will host some of the most sought after speakers in the startup community. These speakers include Phil Libin from Evernote, Marko Ahtisaari from Nokia, Niklas Adalberth from Klarna and more. In total the event will exhibit around 45 interesting speakers. Like last year, the Helsinki Exhibition and Congress Center will act as the venue for this exciting event.

The 17th of October event is an exclusive invite-only day for founders, investors, C-level executives and sponsors. This adjustment in the concept was made to enable enhanced networking opportunities between international investors and Northern European entrepreneurs. The day will contain panel discussions and keynotes from recognized people in the startup segment.

The second day, 18th of October, is open to the general public. This day will feature two tracks, 80 demo booths and close to 1000 attendees, making the event a must for everyone interested in growth entrepreneurship. This day will also feature the Startup Competition where 15 companies will be on stage pitching for the grand prize. The full program of the conference is visible at http://arctic15.com/program/.

As a bonus, on the 16th of October, Open Ocean Capital and Artic15 have teamed up to create the largest gathering of data scientists and startups in Finland. During this one day ‘hackathon’ the attendees are going to work on a unique dataset that will be released at the event.  This event will take place in Open Innovation House in Otaniemi and is aimed at data scientists, developers, designers and students regardless of skill level. To attend this Free add-on event visit http://arctic15.com/program/hackathon/ .

If you are a founder, entrepreneur or a C-level executive – please apply for the invite-only, exclusive first day event, it will be worth it. For investors the ticket is priced at €250 (incl. VAT) and enables entry to both days of the conference. Ticket information for students, press and other guests regarding Thursday can be found in http://arctic15.com/tickets/.
