Personal data of Technopolis Online –service’s registered users is processed for the purpose of carrying out the service as well as for the purpose of planning, developing and compilation of statistics on the service. Technopolis Online -service provides information about companies and financing to registered users of the service. The service contains allocated news articles and information about companies’ products and services as well as about the management and other contact persons.
Personal data collected of the management and other contact persons of are processed for the purpose of carrying out the Technopolis Online -service by including such personal data into the website as company information. Personal data is not processed in any other way.

Personal data is collected directly from the users in connection with the registration.

Personal data of the management and other contact persons of companies included in the Technopolis Online -service is collected from public sources, such as trade register data, press releases and newspapers. Personal data may be collected also through application programming interfaces (API), such as Suomen Asiakastieto. In case any other data than public personal data is added to the service, such data is collected from the individual in question or consent for publishing such information is obtained from the individual.

Personal data of registered users of Technopolis Online -service
Personal data is not disclosed to any third parties without consent of the registered user in question. Personal data may, however, be disclosed to other Technopolis Group companies, if such disclosure is necessary for the purpose of the processing mentioned in Section 4 above. Personal data is not disclosed outside the EEA.

Personal data collected from the management and other contact persons of companies are published in the Technopolis Online -service. Access to the data requires registration to Technopolis Online -service and Technopolis Plc’s approval for such registration.

Personal data is not processed manually.
The maintenance of the data file is limited to Technopolis Plc’s employees only. The use of the service is secured by common data security practices, such as user name and password. The physical security of the equipment adheres to the data security policies of Technopolis Plc.
